The entire experience was seamless and so easy. Ted and Brian were very professional and their years of drape/shade experience made the selection process simple and enjoyable. More importantly stress-free. They came to the house and measured our windows. They arrived on the date scheduled and on time. I ordered a vertical blind for my sliding glass door from The Shade & Drape Co. I was extremely pleased with their process. They came out to my home to measure the door before ever ordering the blind. I didn't totally trust my measurements, so I was glad they measured as well. Once the blind was delivered to their shop, they sent a professional installer to install it in my home. The employees were professional, courteous and well informed about their products. I would definitely use them again.

The first time I went into Shade & Drape, I went in there for drapery fabric for my dining room. Marilyn was extremely helpful in the decision making process, giving me tips, etc. She even had me bring in samples of my paint and rug so she could see what colors to work with. She looked through tons of fabrics to help me choose. My drapes came out great. I then went back to pick out fabric for my dining room chairs. Again, Marilyn went above and beyond to help.
